Intensive Driving Courses in Littleover

What does this entail?

Part 1: Theory Test:

This step includes multiple choice questions and a video based on hazard perception. We will provide you with all the training material you would need, including books, software, and a DVD on hazard perceptions and if needed/wanted, we can provide classes with a trainer who can guide you.

Part 2: Driving test:

The driving test will require you to demonstrate your driving ability in a one-hour session. The DVSA has very high standards and will expect you to drive very well on different types of roads such as in town, country roads, fast dual carriageways, and motorways. Throughout the whole test, you will also be expected to perform various maneuvers that you will be teaching onto your learners.

Your trainer will be there to support you and guide you in developing your driving skills. They will provide you with mock tests to help you in preparing for your test as well as helping you to improve your confidence in meeting the required standards.

Part 3: Instructional ability:

This test will be based on how well your instructional ability to teach others is and it will also be for an hour. In this test, the DVSA agent will watch you while you give a client-based driving lesson to one of your pupils.
You will be able to choose who you can have as a pupil in this test and we highly recommend that you apply for a trainee license and will be able to earn while you learn.

The best way for you to prepare for your test is to spend time in the car giving lessons to pupils and that is why we will support you during your training to start teaching people and as a result, it will provide you with significant experience.

What to expect from our course:

You will be able to be your own boss, work the hours that suit you best and feel a great sense of achievement when each of your pupils passes their driving test.
Not many others offer what we do and will offer such flexible hours, earning potential, or job satisfaction, you can also rest assured that once you have passed your test to become a driving instructor you will have a position waiting for you, should you wish to join our team.
